Essential Functions

• Representing owner’s interests to State OEMs and FEMA and providing guidance in recovering reimbursement for the repair/replacement of critical infrastructure; • Preparing damage assessments and project worksheets with details of work required to restore damaged facilities to its pre-disaster condition. • Ensuring eligibility determinations executed by FEMA are accurate; • Assisting with the management of FEMA-administered grants and related State OEM issues; • Generating project extension requests and amendments to ensure compliance with project worksheets and related FEMA Public Assistance grant requirements; • Assisting with the development of Hazard Mitigation Strategies and Proposals; • Extensive travel to project sites throughout the continental U.S. with initial focus on Southeastern U.S.

Qualifications
